We are based in Hialeah, Florida, and have more than 20 years’ experience.

History

Continental Glass Systems LLC (CGS), was founded in 2005 and is the result of the genius, experience, and the relentless drive of Shlomo Epstein who created the South Florida powerhouse building envelope service company.

In 2005, Shlomo, who was already an accomplished builder and licensed general contractor in South Florida with 45 years of construction experience, utilized his experience to embark into the commercial glazing contracting business, forming CGS. Shortly thereafter, he expanded the company’s reach, becoming the premier supplier of US built building envelope products in the South Florida market. Shlomo has used his extensive experience to assist countless developers and architects over the past two decades in executing some of the most renowned building projects in the world.

In early 2015 the company’s reputation and mounting successes came to the attention of Graham Capital a well-known $4 billion corporation located in York, Pennsylvania. The architectural division of Graham was seeking to expand its access into the South Florida construction market.

The synergy of Graham’s financial strength, combined with CGS’ established successes was too good to pass up. The result was a mutually beneficial partnership with the vision, the reputation, and the capital that created the foundation for today’s Continental Glass Systems, LLC.

Since the company’s inception, Continental Glass Systems has flourished and quickly became a respected and trusted name among the major South Florida developers and construction companies. CGS continues to add to a long list of monumental projects in South Florida including: Porsche Design Tower, Jade Signature, Jade Ocean, The Ritz Carlton Residence, The Mansions At Acqualina, The Estates At Acqualina, Privé and Armani Casa. International work includes the world famous Baha Mar Hotel and Resort in Nassau, Bahamas.
